Are websites expensive?
Small customized template-based sites can be relatively inexpensive, $500-$1000. (For example, this site design is based on a template and customized with our logo and colors.) The cost for a large ecommerce site varies greatly and requires additional information to quote.
Can I make my own changes?
Yes - if you purchase a program such as DreamWeaver, DreamWeaver Contribute or FrontPage. There are even some updates you can make with only an internet connection and free FTP program. Some businesses hire a web designer to develop a professional looking website, and then make their own changes in-house.
How do I get started?
Contact us and we will explain, if necessary, how domain names, IPS', hosting and the actual website all fit together. If you don't have a domain name yet (www.something.com), we'll find out if the name you'd like is available. Then we'll talk with you about the purpose of your site, any ideas or preferences you might have. We'll ask you if you have a company logo or design, etc. When you are ready to begin, we will register your domain name and obtain a hosting plan based on the purpose of your website (small informative site, ecommerce, etc.) . After discussing your expectations - we will design your website. When you approve the design - we will post it to the internet. It's that simple!
Give us a call - there is no obligation.
